VIP Social Events Cancellation Policy

We have put in place a cancellation policy because we understand sometimes things come up in life. It also helps us organize events and get a good idea of the turnout.

More than 5 CALENDAR days before the event:
FULL REFUND (less a $4 processing fee)

4 or more hours before the event:
EVENT CREDIT (only if you contact us by phone or email about your absence)

If you are interested in an event in the future that has a different cost you will be responsible to pay the difference.

Your Event Credit is transferable to a friend or associate if you decide not to use it.

Event Credits are good for a period of one year from the date they are issued.

TO CANCEL FROM AN EVENT YOU HAVE PREPAID FOR:
Either email or call us with your request.
